The UW Law School’s Mediation Clinic is looking for a Case Manager/Intern for upcoming Summer and the 2015-2016 school year. The Mediation Clinic provides mediation and conflict resolution services to the UW campus, Dane County and Walworth County Small Claims Courts, and Waukesha and Dane County Juvenile Courts. The selected student will be primarily responsible for the scheduling and administration of the Dane County Small Claims Mediation Program and other Juvenile Court Programs. The candidate should be a self starter, detail oriented, independent, highly proficient with technology and responsible. The position requires approximately 15 hours per week, although the hours are flexible. During the Fall Semester, the intern would have the opportunity to register for a free Basic Mediation Training at the Law School and begin the process of learning how to mediate.
